An Emmy-nominated filmmaker, Billy founded 110th Street Films with David Roberts in 2017 to explore new approaches to documentary film. They created High Noon on the Waterfront (TCM, HBO), Doctor’s Orders (Discovery+), and Trump Bites (NY Times, ARTE). Shebar’s prior credits include Dark Matter, starring Meryl Streep, which won the Alfred P. Sloan Prize at Sundance, and the acclaimed docuseries DarkNet (Showtime). He is currently directing a documentary about the pioneering composer and multimedia artist Meredith Monk.
Jeff has received Emmy and ASC nominations for his extensive work in film and television. He recently directed the narrative feature Remember This (2023) starring David Strathairn.

Natalie Berger is a filmmaker who has played an integral role as associate producer and archival researcher on High Noon on the Waterfront, Monk in Pieces, and The Back Channel.
